Today was a pretty lazy day for me. I was supposed to end up doing something with Julie around early evening, but i ended up falling asleep instead. It's too bad too, cause i really wanted to do something with Julie. She and i have been hanging out alot lately.
I played drop in tonight at 10 pm till midnight, and had a decent time. I didn't play well at all, and i know i could have done much better. I need to work on some serious stickhandling skills...
When i got home from hockey though, it seemed like everything caved in on me all at once. All these problems hit me from all sides, and it really bothered me. It still does...and resolving them isn't something i can just talk about with them. It will take a long time for me to fix these issues. It's 100 times as worse because i feel like they are out of my control.
But i know with time these will get better. They have to. So that makes it ok then.
It's now 2 am...so it's time for me to sleep. night everyone. |

Well, my online play in Nhl2k6 is in full force now. I play the PS2 version if anyone needs a league player or whatnot...
I got to spend time with the usual gang of friends i had all this week. It was good seeing Drew, Nikki, Lisa, Julie, Steph, and even Katie. Everyone works so much, and i really need a job as well. I got my A+ computer certification from comptia.org, so i'm looking for a junior pc technician job, but everyone wants another certification or college degree.
I plan on going to macomb communicity college in September or August, and do two years there. I plan on being a server administrator for some company...so i'm going for a networking computers degree.
My excitement right now is the summer. A bunch of the guys are going to put a hockey team together to play at dumars. It should be alot of fun, and so far, Drew, myself, Jim Matthews are starting it. We're gonna try to pick up Matt Quinn and his buddy, and then we need 4 more players, plus one goalie. We have time.
Anyway, it's time for me to visit my grandma in novi for lunch. I haven't see alot of my family in a long time! I missed them very much.

You know, i don't remember this taking so long to set up an livejournal account...
I thought i'd get back into the swing of things with this, since it's been like...man, a year since i wrote in this? Just about!
Anyway, not a whole lot has changed...i'm now out of the Army, back at home studying for computers. I'm gonna be going to Macomb community college after the summer is over. It's really sad that i left behind the whole music oppurtunity.
For those of you that don't really know me, i was a band geek pretty much all my high school life...I did all the honors bands, and all that good stuff. I joined the army as a flute player to see if i could make it a carrer. Instead, i started having alot of intrest in computers, especially with the money i could make with it. I'm now A+ Certified (yeah, we all have to start somewhere, lol) And going for my Network+ in about 2 or 3 months.
My main goal is to be a server administrator for a large corporation. Nothing like running more than 500 computers at both home and work...lol. But seriously, they make a good amount of money, and it seems to be something that i'm pretty good at.
Anyway, that's about it for today... |
